The Paleo Diet

In the literature, high protein diets do seem to be favorable when it comes to satiety and managing body weight. It seems the science world are not completely aligned on how much protein should be in a diet. I'd rather see people focus on getting enough protein that they feel satiated on fewer calories than fill up on less sugars and fats.
