The Bible doesn't deal with trans issues because the Bible doesn't have any conceptuality of trans issues. So when somebody uses the Bible for anti-trans legislation, what they're doing is they're taking a text that doesn't even have the concept and saying that it condemns the concept. If it teaches anything in terms of ethics, it does not teach the ethic that you have to be male or female. And so yeah, it does teach. It teaches that you ought to let people identify the way they want to, in my judgment.
