The Trial of Dahlia Dipolito

Dahlia dipolito was charged with hiring a hit man to kill her husband. The judge in her first trial failed to properly filter jurors for potential bias and exposure to pre trial publicity. Some of the jurors said she was guilty in front of the entire ypull, which contaminated the jury pull. After two weeks of trial testimony, the jury agree. We find the defendant guilty of solicitation to commit frustrating murder.
