Dr. Eathier holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. Almost one third of teen girls said they have considered suicide almost three and five, felt persistently said and hopeless; 18% had experienced sexual violence. "We were not expecting that for all of the substance use measures that we include in the report," she says.
