When I kind of went through my own, what the kids would call deconstruction today, I had my own period of that 20, 25 years ago. So hats off again, they nailed all three experiences that I was dreading now press. You may have heard of it called novice to expert by Patricia Benner. She's actually she's a nursing theorist that has watched nurses go from novice to expert.
