I'm letting go of Strava, which is in a workout app that I was using previously to like track my runs. I got tired of entering a couple of months ago, so I just stopped using it. My morning routine mostly involves reading, writing a blog post, doing a headspace meditation and doing a workout. This works for me. I am a natural morning type of person, at least with a lot of caffeine in me. So I want to be better about doing weekly planning more on Friday afternoon. And finally, I'm going to read something every day in 2021 by Greschen Rubin's 21-minute challenge.
