Is There Something I Should Have Done Differently?
I think we kind of got to a place where everyone got stuck in their ways, and they built their own silos. There was never any change created, or any evolution created, for the people that worked for barstoll. I feel like that was a big learning for me. i'm also really fired up about the number of people who want to step up and take on new opportunity. Barstoll's a hard place to work - it's a weird place to work. And i know everybody's shitting on the values, but i think values are an important part of that process.
