I Don't Know What You're Saying About Trophy Hunting
If you allow people to trade rhino horns, it's like you've got a golden goose. You take really good care of that goose. And because they're worth a dollar amount, they're protected and they increase in population. Once you allow trophy hunting, you don't just have the government is generally inefficient at most of these sorts of things. I think you said something like the population of elephants in Namibia went up 10 times since they started to allow trophy hunting. That sounds so counterintuitive, but it's for all the reasons you just mentioned.
