The idea is that it's free for small projects. You get 60 hours of dev environment per month per space. And then if you want more than that, you pay per user and for a compute that you use on top of a certain amount that you get for free with it. Yeah, so overall I would say this looks interesting, it's not yet ready, so you really shouldn't use it yet. So the news item I looked into a little bit is about creating point to point integrations between event producers and consumers with Amazon EventBridge pipes.
