How to Reduce Your Fear of Injury
The fear of injury is probably something that in the clinic I have to deal with and I have to finesse my way through getting people to reduce their fear of injury. The worst thing that could happen is that you re-tear it. You can squat without your quat. There's a way to do it. I just have to, you know, and this is one of the things that has taught me a whole bunch of stuff over the past couple of years about squats.
