Is Objective C a Message Passing Language?

The bridging libraries and it varies from platform to platform. On iOS, we use a library called Rubicon that exposes Objective C as the native language on device in Python. From an end user's perspective, you are only ever writing Python. The actual implementation is also pure Python. There's not a line of compiled C in the entire iOS or Mac or stack or other than the sort of C Python part. Any native API, including any API that comes from like a third party library that you want to access, is accessible to you as a user.
