Is the C C a Repository of Data for Investors?
The c is the only person w can come along and say, not only do we want you to disclose x, we want youto disclose it in y fashion. And not only that, it's a repository for the information in one place. One of the things we learned after the so called great crash of 19 29 was that a lot of investors didn't have the information they needed to see some of these risks coming. We decided to deal with this by basically making information available.
