Abortion was a key tenant of feminism from the absolute very beginning. Birth control roped into that. They wanted women to go back to work. Daycare became front and center. All of this stuff was very intrinsically designed. It's ridiculous how many pieces all fed into this. And I think the selling point for women was their discontent.
