I do think that working on both sides of the ocean, you see a lot of top heavy corporate structures here where decision making below a certain level is basically irrelevant or not even permitted. There's a lot of horror stories about like traditional Taiwanese businesses or just Asian businesses in general. So we're all aligned, you know, allowing a level of independence of operations so people can be making decisions quickly because I'm very often a believer of any decision is better than no decision.
