i need to fully disconnect from whateveris going on and then come back to it later. I know i i will take a walk. Sometimes meditation will help, but sometimes that just makes me stew in my ow madness. The most effective tactic for me is is going for like, a long, hard serf or just something really physical. But when i do successfully snap out of it yet, it's normally some sort of activity like exercising, running, yoga,. Something that just takes your mind somewhere else. And i feel like that's required for me at least.
Everyone has bad days. You may be tired, stressed, or dealing with a difficult time. That's human. But if you want to succeed in the workplace, a meta-skill is ensuring that these bad days don't snowball into destructive days. While you can shake off a bad day, a destructive day can have lasting damage and is totally avoidable.
