The Challenge of Building a Building
I don't disagree that we need challenge in our lives and that true utopia would be hell. But I just think that anti-utopians tend to fall into sort of the, the Nietzsche mold of saying, well, then man must struggle and face death in order to find meaning in his life. And it has the upside that it doesn't involve war. The Omen farmer who is happy in his house with his family growing his own food can be just as satisfying and just as fulfilling and just as meaningful.
