Exercise is probably more important then diet, if your measure is just longevity and health. But surely some foods are better than others, right? I mean, so the the food pyramid is inverted now. Meat protein is ok. Animal fats ok, as long as you're exercising, i guess. And our metablisms work with these two different substraits fuels. They work with a, you know, with sugar, and they work with fatty acids.
