Bob Greene: CapEx is this big part of what the future of the economy might be. So it's two parts of that investment piece in GDP. One is residential investment and then there's non-residential investment, he says. He says structures have been soft and weak for about three years now; intellectual property products are still strong. Greene: I think it's not going to be a huge drag on GDP in 2023, right?
