How I Came to Join Goldman Sachs

I came into banking without a lot of formal training in accounting and finance. I think Goldman for me was a solid training, just in kind of speaking the language of finance. Venture capital now with BitCraft is almost on the other side of the spectrum in the early stage world. It's still very applicable lessons in reading financial statements, which is even in the early stages.
