Business process can be performed one of two ways: manually or automated. Process out sourcing is traditionally done by getting someone else to do it. Automation, on the other hand, comes in when you're looking at user interface tasks such as typing and clicking. The term 'robotic' doesn't have any meaning if we're just using soft robots that are automating user interface tasks.
