The Future of Chatbots

The haptic feedback as it's typing back is a great little feature. It feels like the phone is typing as you're sitting there waiting for it to generate its answers. Then again, clean and very easy to use, which I enjoyed. Do you see a similar phenomenon at play right now? And do you think there's a point at which it'll start to shift?
