The Importance of a Sense of Purpose
When I first retired, I had no problems filling that 112 hours like you said. But what I hadn't really fleshed out yet was OK, I'm going to enjoy some hobbies but there has to be more to it than just that. Now that I'm retired and I have the opportunity to help other people start with their careers by mentoring them, that gives me a lot of sense of purpose. "What little wisdom I've managed to accumulate over 56 years, that really does feel good"
