Soviet Russia and Ukraine in the New Order of Things

Most of what the russians had renounced during the treaty abreast litovsk remained renounced, at least for the time being. Lenin in particular was very concerned about russian chauvinism creeping into the communist party. But to the local ukranians, these russia communists looked very different from the old czarist officials.
