Mao's Contribution to the Communist Canon
Maoism is the inherent struggle, violent struggle that it's built upon. It was originally put forth as this idea where only the biggest, most industrial and capitalist countries would see a communist revolution. But in reality the ideology became more useful to movements which looked too emancipate themselves from so-called imperialist countries. The bulk of these were decidedly un-capitalist and un-industrialised.
