How Does Intersectionality Help in Your Research?

When you're looking at different subjects, there's a number ofide ies that create a disability context for them. A something that causes disability to an afAfrican or african american person during enslavement is not going to be the same as t e disability towards a white alite enslaver ah. So disability is going to look different based on these other experiences as well. And we need to look at people at this intersectional level of all these differences and conflicting identities as well to figure out how ideas of disability in the past functioned.
