James d'Amour's Memo on the Google Memo Scandal

In 2017 about a week or two after the Google memo scandal I had James D'Amour on the podcast. He literally wrote a memo like his reasoning was there for all to see if you could spare the 20 to 30 minutes and yet that still didn't get him out of hot water. That sort of stuff gives me misgivings about our species, our future about how we behave in groups.
