Do Special Prosecutors Really Need Special Counsel?
There's a group of people that the Justice Department has no conflict of interest with respect to prosecuting, and that's the people at the Capitol. And then there are other groups in between: Proud Boys leadership, Oath Keepers leadership. If there are one degree from Donald Trump, they're going to be handled by the special prosecutor. That's a loose way of thinking about it.
