Amazon's Going Back to in-Person First Company

As of May 1st, Amazon stops being a remote first company and back to a in-person first company. There will still be some certain roles where people can work from home but that will be a small minority. I think it is actually also really good for companies financially if everything is remote. It's not like everyone thinks they're being evil, bringing their employees back to work. And yet we've still decided to take a hit to our profits because we think people working in person is actually going to be better for our profits long term.
