i think the west would pursue a policy of further fragmenting russia because, g politically, russia is just too big. Given we can easily hit russia, i think it shortens response times. And i think especially with hyprsonic weapons, i think that does matter. A lot of the fears around the collapse of yugosavia is that,. you know, we're actually seeing things that are going to eventually happen in russia.
