How do you get a really thin steak to be metire in the middle, but crispy on the outside? Ns, well, if i freeze it, it's going to stay colder on the inside. I thinka, they probably cooke the steak at dennys this way. Teema ha enurs inspiration. But wrestling, i wrestle pretty seriously. Andi, you know, would often come home from the jam ravenously hungry. So i pulled one of those steaks out of the freezer and stuck it under the broiler, and it work. It worked really, really well.
