Relationships at Work

There's a kind of outer limit on the number of relationships which you can maintain coherently at any one time. On average it's always about 150 people and then as inside that you have a series of layers so your social world looks a bit like the ripples on a pond when you drop a stone in if you like. The size of the circle represents the number of people and the height of the wave itself kind of represents the emotional closeness you have with those people.
