Repent and Believe in the Good News
Mark's gospel is shaped so that heis not interested in the johannine prologue and all the theology. He just wants some action. And i think only one thing would have been heard, is the good news of god. The romans are going. That's when we have evidence that when the romans go, we get our land back... We can worship freely.
