What's the Risk of a Joint Venture?
Glenn Hoddle says he is in a pickle with his off the plan apartment. He has gone into a contract with two people who are on the title of the contract. The only way forward is they say it's a house, but the house isn't expected to be finished until early 24. It might actually be an apartment because usually there wouldn't be that long delay for house and land stuff. I wouldn't imagine from 21 to 24.
