What Ends Up Happening When We Talk About Cancer Treatments
The patients on the trial aren't representative in the same way we talked about om race a little bit ago. People over aged 75 might not be able to tolerate the treatment as well as patients younger than age 75. So when we talk about, you know, how well the treatment works, the information that we learn from the trials doesn't always translate into the treatment benefit that we see.
