I like a little bit of milk, but it's still something about the ritual of make some tea. Every 50 minutes or so, i need to make another big mug of that builder's tea. I just, like, that's my break. The higher the quality of the food and drink, the lower the margins appear to be. It's like the more expensive, the better the food, the harder it is to run. Is a business in effect. We were at madrid fusion, which at the time was like the biggest chef conference in the world. And we were unknown. Franadria was the biggest cheff in the world at the time.
