I was really fortunate to be raised in a multi generational household, and where my grandparents played a profound role in and my teaching me very practical things like potty training me. I would say that i did have much contact with religion, but i did find a spiritual practice through my activism. And i saw a book that tiknot han wrote, im call creating true peace. And i picked it up and developed aa interest in buddhism and yoga from therem i also feel like your work now in carrying across generations. You know, it feels to me like that the thean experience of that, and awareness of that, a passion about it, was also in the fabric
