Polish Armed Forces - A Case Study
The flight crew was operating under the 36 special airlift regiment of the polish armed forces. In lots of areas, they were kind of cutting corners, like, there's no one smoking gun here, but they're just kind of like, in general, this is being done more sloppy than it should be. There was an absence of up to date, clear regulations setting out the standards for the f s personnel in the aviation of polish Armed Forces. Following de commissioning of two fundamental documents, no new documents were issued. So essentially we're working off of 20 year old regulations which renders most of it obsolete.
