Sas: I think starting out was sourcing gave me a different view into the strategy that's considered when you build up your pipe line. When i started in this i m o roll, it felt like the treadmill was on its max setting, and i just jumped on and tried to keep up with a sprint from like a dead stop. Kison: Having to understand thi cross, functional nature of these projects, and then trying to apply that to it to a corporate level is drastically different.
