Do You Have Any Idea What Your Legacy Will Be?

When you started at duke in 19 73, as a young faculty member, i probably spent 60 % of my time setting up my lab n the other 50 or 40% seeing patience. By the second year, it was probablyi was definitely 60%, by the third year, was probably 75, 25. By the fourth and fifth year, was like 90, ten. Something suddng became awakened in you, exactly. And i became obsessed with the problems i was working on. Do you have any idea what your legacy through your students will be?
