Facebook says it has uncovered a chinese on line spy campaign targeting pro weager activiss and dissidents. There's been a rush to exploit the waters of the himalayas for hydro electric power. The f ts are trying to tackle an environmental crisis in this region caused by deforest ation and global warming.
