The Equal Protection Clause Doesn't Apply to Women
The fourteenth amendment still doesn't fully recognize women engender the way it does race and other qn quote, suspect classifications. The hardcor conservative view of the equal protection clause is still that it doesn't apply to women at all. And considering we are looking at a six to three qart, it's not crazy to think that this comes back in some form or fashion right now.
