The 90-Minute Block

In the morning I have a focus sprint. Typically, after I've done the little routine to kick the day off, I'll go right straight in for 90 minutes on something that I absolutely know is priority for the day. And then I'll probably have one in the afternoon. It could be writing, creating something. After four o'clock, a bit of serotonin in your system, you're feeling like it was storing.
