We progress you in each zone so that you learn how what those s sensations feel like, and we increase your capacity to express your fitness in each of those zones. And it's a aner once you go anerobic, it sneaks up on you really, really fast. I feel like there's like this really awesome little short, possibly a few seconds long, honeymoon period of time in an anarobic effort, where you just feel like a super hero. You feel so strong, and then, boom, it catches upand it's really, really uncomfortable. It does take some practice to get familiar with those sensations.
