Do You Have a Day That's Set Apart?

Jesus said that God has given the Sabbath for us right his commands are for us Sabbath for man not man for the Sabbath. In an age where seemingly everybody to one extent or another is impacted by anxiety and depression and panic it makes me wonder how much of all of it would just simply be healed if we would just simply obey this command from God. Do you have a day unlike all other days that's set apart to especially get together with the people of God to worship Him? If so, please share your story in the comments below.
