As a leader, having an orientation toward always working on becoming better at the things that are most essential to me is really good language to have. Bonny: The biggest place where i find myself jumping in and intervening from a coach and faci ation standpoint is trying to get our members to do less. Because they're so quick to want to jump in and say, hamman, to spend 30, forty, five minutes a day working on this.
