In the early mid 19 eighties, you had very limited knowledge of what it was that you were buying. The biggest change over the years is how finance has democratized. And man, has the financial world ever gone in directions none of us could have foreseen 30 and forty years ago. We can say they're all good, but they go in directions maybe we're not all aware of.
