Do You Know How Much Strength You're Giving Your Athletes?

I wouldn't do too much in any given session. I would look to use some bio feedback. Don't give the wide i s a or the power athlete too much pliometric work, especially like a deep compressive bilateral bar bell lifting. That might take them out of their strength a little bit. You can give them some, for sure, but again, it's just knowing how much for each athlete is optimal or ideal. So when we go a little bit more micro, so let's say really small, based exercises, which randy huntington talked about doing. There's a lot of good things that happen in that level onmicro level.
