Spiderman - Spiderman and Carnage
In the comics, Venom and carnage are defined by their relation with spider man. Carnage is a psychotic killer who knows the psychotic killer and revels in it. And so they're all on this sliding scale of morality. It feels like that was kind of thrown off for me in this movie. When you don't have the spiderman character to anchor it, you just have venom,who is a monster a taser, and carnage, who is a psycho monster.
