Is There a Relative Evil?

In general we're often presented with competing goods and there's no necessarily a moral obligation to choose one over the other. If I'm not obliged to do so then there's no sin and not doing that necessarily. The choice of the will is determined by the intellect and what the will happens to perceive it if sins are seen as evil.
