In institutions where you have these highly disabled people and you treat them that way, you're going to demolish their lives. You're going to cause enormous psychological stress and social isolation. Those are devastating factors on the human animal in terms of the immune system. So those individuals are going to quickly become very vulnerable to whatever infection. And so mechanistically, I think that's how most people died. Their lives were destroyed, they were psychologically affected, their immune systems were crashed, and they weren't being treated. That's what we think the mechanisms of death were.
